We at Syntheoil are sensitive to privacy issues on the Internet. We believe it is important for you to know how we treat the information that we receive about you while you're visiting our site.

In general, you can visit Syntheoil on the World Wide Web without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself. Our web servers collect the IP addresses, not the e-mail addresses, of visitors. We will neither sell this information, nor will we solicit you using your information.  If you do not contact us to request that we contact you, we won't.  The exception to this and this is the only exception, is customer service.  If you purchase a product, and there is a difficulty, we will let you know.  If you purchase a product from us or through us, we will normally contact you to ensure that you are satisfied with the product.  We will not at this time try to sell you anything else, however, we do welcome your inquiries.  The personal information we collect is used by us and only by us to respond to your inquiry. We also ask for your name and address information when you inquire about becoming an AMSOIL Dealer or Commercial or Retail Account. We do not provide any of this information to outside sources for any reason.
